Biography

Melissa works in the ESG Advisory team as an ESG Management Specialist. She has a background in ecology, environmental science, and remote sensing, and is passionate about social and environmental sustainability. Her expertise includes biodiversity, climate adaptation and mitigation, and ecosystem management, monitoring, and restoration. Melissa focuses on climate resilience and the integration of green infrastructures and nature-based solutions. She also specializes in data management, analysis, and programming. Previously, as a Research Scientist, she collaborated with various institutions to develop open-source tools for environmental monitoring and ecosystem restoration.
